Introduction

Yahmaa Medical Company (Yahmaa) is committed to promoting high ethical standards with our employees,customers, and business partners as well as preserving the integrity through compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Saudi Arabian Government and Regulatory Authorities.To ensure that we are doing our business in accordance with the company’s values, every employee is required to abide by this Code of Ethics and Business Conduct regardless of the location or nature of work.

It is every employee’s duty to be familiar and comply with all relevant policies, guidelines, and.procedures. This Code and supporting policies, however, do not cover all circumstances/situations that may occur in our everyday work. Therefore, every employee is expected to use judgment and common sense, and to inquire if in doubt. We must always be cautious on how our actions today will affect our business in future.

Each employee must immediately report any suspected case of possible violation of laws, regulations, this Code of Ethics and Business Conduct or supporting policies and guidelines involving the Company.
